The Chantry Health Group is a partnership of three GPs:

Dr Ademola Bamgbala
Dr Bhaskar Ghosh
Dr Suchitra Menon

The practice is a GP surgery located in Grimsby town centre.  The practice is based in the Church View Health Centre which is a purpose built building housing two GP practices and a pharmacy.  There is limited parking in the car park adjacent to the practice, including bays for the disabled.  There is easy access for wheelchairs, lift and assisted toilet facilities.

We are a teaching Practice in partnership with Hull & York Medical School.  We mentor new Doctors in their foundation year 2, teach 3rd and 5th year medical students and mentor student nurses.

The practice team are committed to delivering the highest standard of medical care and providing a friendly service.

 

Our Aims and Objectives:

• To continually strive to provide patient centred care.  To treat everyone as an individual, with respect and without discrimination.  Care is planned to individual needs and delivered with dignity and confidentiality.
• To provide our patients with a high standard of treatment and advice in a friendly and supportive environment.
• To involve other professionals in the care of our patients where it is in the patients best interests: i.e. referring for specialist care and advice.
• To ensure that all members of the team have the right skills and training to carry out their duties competently.
• To create a supportive and educational environment for our staff.
