Comments and complaints
If you have any comments, or are not happy with any of our services please let us know. We have a suggestion box in our waiting area and constructive suggestions are welcome.
We aim to provide the best possible service and our staff are trained to help you. We do operate an in-house complaints procedure as most problems can be rectified within the practice by discussion with the member of staff or doctor concerned.
We aim to address your concerns fully, provide you with an explanation and discuss any action that may be taken. We do ask you to try and understand that we are a very busy practice, organised in a way that tries to suit everyone yet treating them all as individuals.
You have the right to appeal to the Health Service Ombudsman should you not be happy with our explanation, details will be provided at the time of the complaint.
